入选标准
- •1.Partially edentulous posterior mandible ( premolar to molar area) if single tooth especially molar with class I ridge defects(hvc classification) â?? class â?? I ridge defect -(bucco-lingual loss of tissue with normal ridge height) with subclassification of mild <= 3 mm will be included .
- •2.Edentulous areas with lekholm and zarb classification of quality 2 and 3 (quality 2- thick layer of compact bone surrounding course of dense trabecular bone ,quality 3- thin layer
- •of cortical bone surrounding dense trabecular bone with favourable strength )will be included in the study
- •3.Systemically healthy
- •4.Good oral hygiene
排除标准
- •1.Any previous surgery done at the recipient site
- •2.Bone defects due to tumor resection
- •3.Pathologic lesions prior to operation
- •5.History of radiotherapy in the head and neck region
