Primary Outcome Measures

The primary target criterion of the study is the feasibility, acceptance and user satisfaction of the low-threshold support services directly after the end of the use of one of the services or after two weeks of app use (post-survey)
Secondary Outcome Measures

The secondary target criterion is the satisfaction of the users with the support services at the time of the follow-up survey (6 weeks after registration) and the proportion of persons successfully referred to the health care system for whom further care was indicated. Furthermore, reasons for non-utilization will be recorded (after registration and two weeks of non-use of the support services offered in the scope of the study).
