- •Body weight 50-70 kgs
- •Planned for major surgery procedures under general Anesthesia
- •Giving informed consent

- •BP less than 110mmhg systolic and less than 60 mmhg diastolic
- •Mentally impaired
- •History of psychiatric disorders and on antipsychotics
- •Sleep disorders
- •History of liver and kidney disorders
- •Pregnant and lactating womens
