- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Energy expenditure measured in calorimeter room on visit 2 and 3. The calorimeter is a room around the size of a child’s bedroom which measures the oxygen consumption and carbon dioxide production of the person inside. From these measurements we are able to accurately measure energy expenditure. <br>48 hours after visit 2 and 3 energy expenditure will be measured using a Sensewear<br> <br>[Energy expenditure will be measured during visit 2 and 3 in the calorimeter room and 48h after visit 2 and 3. ];Time spent in sedentary behaviour and total physical activity (minutes in light, moderate, vigorous physical activity (LMVPA) as measured by Actigraph GT3X+, ActivPal and GeneActiv accelerometers. [During visit 2 and 3 in the calorimeter room and 48h after visit 2 and 3]
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Musculoskeletal health (flexibility, strength, balancing), this will be measured using an incliniometer, goniometer and dynamometer. [Baseline will be measured on visit 1. And follow-up after visit 2 and visit 3. ];Executive function<br>This will be measured using three games. <br>Inhibition: Fish-Shark go/no-go task<br>Working memory: Mr. Ant (sticker memory game on iPad)<br>Shifting: Dimensional Change Card Sort Task[This outcome is assessed before and after visit 2 and 3 ];Posture, will be assessed using video cameras and markers which will be placed on the back of the child. [On visit 1];Diet, using weighed food diary log. This food diary log will be kept by the child's parent. [48 hours after visit 2 and 3];Height and weight[Baseline]
