Brief Summary
Regular practice of Nasya helps clear the nasal passages and sinuses, improving the overall health of the respiratory tract. It aids in relieving congestion, allergies, sinusitis, and other respiratory disorders. Dry powder preparation increase mucocilliary clearance in patients of Pratishyayaand dry powder may also affect the Rhinological properties of the mucous and clearing increases transportability of mucus. As a vital part of Panchakarma, it is both preventive and curative, helping with chronic conditions and promoting daily well-being. Vacha(Acorus calamus Linn. (Acoraceae)) Isa traditional Indian medicinal herb, which is practiced to treat a wide range of health ailments, including neurological, gastrointestinal, respiratory, metabolic, kidney, and liver disorders.

Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with classical sign and symptoms of Kaphaja Pratishyaya.(Nasa Strav,Nasa Kandu).
- •Patient having age group 18 to 60 yrs.Will be irrespective of gender, religion, occupation, socio-economic status.
- •Patient who gave written consent for study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient with other systemic diseases k/c/o HTN, DM, Asthma, TB, AIDS ,Covid 19 etc.
- •Patients other than Pratishyaya , Allergic Rhinitis, Atropic Rhinitis and other nasal disorder, Nasal polyp, Ca of nasopharynx etc.
- •Chronicity of disease more than 2 months.
- •Patient suffering from Nasagat krumi,Gandh Nyan nashta,Drustha Pratishya.
