- •1. Age 18-75 year-old
- •2. Scheduled elective lumbar spine decompressive laminectomy not more than 3 levels
- •3 .ASA physical status of between I and III
排除标准
- •-Known allergy to ketorolac, acetaminophen, dexamethasone or morphine
- •-History of previous lumbar surgery
- •-History of renal impairment(creatinine clearance <30mm/min)
- •-Opioid drug abuse
- •-Current chronic anticoagulant or antiplatelet therapy
- •-Contraindication to general anesthesia and inability to give informed consent
- •-Poor control diabetes mellitus
