Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Aged 18 to 55 years;
- •2\. The test anxiety scale (TAS) was assessed as severe test anxiety;
- •3\. Agreed to participate in the clinical study, signed the informed consent, completed the scale and questionnaire.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Have hyperthyroidism, hypertension, coronary heart disease and other physical diseases of secondary anxiety.
- •2\. Have heart disease, such as valvular disease, myocarditis, arrhythmia and other organic diseases;
- •3\. Have a history of mental illness or are currently in psychiatric care.
- •4\. People who are taking drugs that affect their heart rhythm.
