Inclusion Criteria

1. Aged 18 to 55 years;
2. The test anxiety scale (TAS) was assessed as severe test anxiety;
3. Agreed to participate in the clinical study, signed the informed consent, completed the scale and questionnaire.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Have hyperthyroidism, hypertension, coronary heart disease and other physical diseases of secondary anxiety.
2. Have heart disease, such as valvular disease, myocarditis, arrhythmia and other organic diseases;
3. Have a history of mental illness or are currently in psychiatric care.
4. People who are taking drugs that affect their heart rhythm.
