Inclusion Criteria
1. Aged >=18 years,
2. Clinically confirmed diagnosis of COPD by a physician, confirmed COPD with spirometry.
3.Those with functional limitation due to breathlessness reaching a score of >=2 on the Medical Research Council (MRC) dyspnea scale.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Those with significant comorbidities such as cardiovascular, neurological, locomotor difficulties that preclude exercise, cognitive, malignant disease or any other condition that would compromise participation in the rehabilitation programme.
2. Those who found COVID-19 RT-PCR positive within 3 days of assessment .
3. Those unable to provide informed consent
