入选标准
- •1\. Aged \>\=18 years,
- •2\. Clinically confirmed diagnosis of COPD by a physician, confirmed COPD with spirometry.
- •3\.Those with functional limitation due to breathlessness reaching a score of \>\=2 on the Medical Research Council (MRC) dyspnea scale.
排除标准
- •1\. Those with significant comorbidities such as cardiovascular, neurological, locomotor difficulties that preclude exercise, cognitive, malignant disease or any other condition that would compromise participation in the rehabilitation programme.
- •2\. Those who found COVID\-19 RT\-PCR positive within 3 days of assessment .
- •3\. Those unable to provide informed consent
