Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •? Patients between 20 and 80 years old
- •? Patient who is class I indication of artificial pacemaker
- •? Symptomatic sick sinus syndrome
- •? Patient with pacemaker inserted with AV hysteresis / DDD to ADI mode change function
- •? The person who understands the written description of the research method,
Exclusion Criteria
- •?Patients who had 2 or 3 degree block
- •?Patients with atrial fibrillation or chronic atrial fibrillation
- •?Patients with a PR interval of 350 msec or more
- •?Expected life within 12 months
- •?Pregnant and lactating women
