Inclusion Criteria
1. Parents having child aged 0-6 months.
2. Parent able to attend group and communicate.
3. Mothers who are going to stay locally for prolonged period (till study period get completed).
Exclusion Criteria
i.Parents whose child is severely disabled.
ii.High risk newborns were excluded.
iii.Parents with conditions like psychosis, low IQ, dementia etc.. Which may interfere with their understanding of intervention.
iv.Mothers who have any known psychiatric illness.

Name Time Method â?¢The Copenhagen Infant Mental Health Screening (CIMHS) is used for assessment of infant feeding and eating, sleep, contact and communication, language, development and the childâ??s social-emotional functioning. TDST (Trivandrum Developmental Screen) for assessing social skills in children less than 1.5 years <br/ ><br>â?¢Growth assessment will be done by plotting the anthropometry parameters in WHO growth charts and then will interpret it. <br/ ><br>â?¢Maternal Psychosocial Health: IAP PSQ-4 Parent Stress Questionnaire will be used for assessment of parental stress and mental health problems. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 1 year
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method â?¢Safety and security will be assessed by asking certain pretested survey questions to parents. <br/ ><br>â?¢Responsive parenting will be assessed by giving certain task to parents with their child and observing their response <br/ ><br>â?¢Early learning opportunities and skill development will be assessed by asking the parents to demonstrate a play and communication activity. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 1 year
