1.Patient having history of opium consumption
2.Clinical Manifestation of Opium Withdrawal 3.Patient Including Agitation, Anxiety, Muscles aches, Increased Tearing, Insomnia, Running Nose, Sweating, Yawning and Late Symptoms Include Abdominal Cramping, Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Dilated Pupils, Goose bumps etc. which will be presented at that time
1.Any other drug dependent patient.
2.Patients with Psychiatric illness.
3. Opium addicted patients suffering from major systemic Illness like Myocardial Infarction, Ischemic Heart Disease, HTN, Tuberculosis, Bronchial Asthma, HIV, Cancer, Major Respiratory disease, Liver failure, Renal failure and Renal
Toxicity etc.
