Inclusion Criteria
1.Traumatic lower thoracic spinal cord injury patients with paraplegia.
2.ASIA grade A,B,C.
3.At least 3 months post spinal cord injury.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with unstable spine.
2,Patients with non traumatic spinal cord injury with progressive conditions.
3.Patients with severe co morbidities.
4.Patients with pressure sores grade 4,5
