Inclusion Criteria

1. Co-operative patients

2. Age group from 18 years to 60 years old, 3. Selection of patient will be done irrespective of sex, religion,

occupation, economic status and education status. 4. Patients having signs and symptoms of Bhagandhar and diagnosed as Bhagandara (Fistula in Ano) without any major illness

5. Singe track fistula 6. Low anal fistula

7. Track length up to 5 cm.

8. Patients operated for partial fistulectomy.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients below 18 and above 60 years of age. 2. Immunocompromised patients

3. Patients with high anal fistula and more than 5 cm track length

4. Patients with multiple anal fistulae

5. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus 6. Non co-operative patients
