Postpartum women with any of the following:
1.Postpartum hemorrhage after normal vaginal delivery: >1000ml blood loss
2.Postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section: >1500ml blood loss
3.Shock grade III & IV
4.Requiring hysterectomy for hemorrhage
5.Fall in hemoglobin >= 3g/dl due to hemorrhagic event
Postpartum women with known diagnosis of or clinically suspected to have any of the following condition:
1.Patient on corticosteroid therapy
2.Patient with known thyroid disease
3.Patient with adrenal abnormalities
4.Patient with pituitary malfunction
5.Patient with active tuberculosis
