入选标准
- •Postpartum women with any of the following:
- •1.Postpartum hemorrhage after normal vaginal delivery: >1000ml blood loss
- •2.Postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section: >1500ml blood loss
- •3.Shock grade III & IV
- •4.Requiring hysterectomy for hemorrhage
- •5.Fall in hemoglobin >= 3g/dl due to hemorrhagic event
排除标准
- •Postpartum women with known diagnosis of or clinically suspected to have any of the following condition:
- •1.Patient on corticosteroid therapy
- •2.Patient with known thyroid disease
- •3.Patient with adrenal abnormalities
- •4.Patient with pituitary malfunction
- •5.Patient with active tuberculosis
