Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients aged 35-65, regardless of gender;
2. The diagnostic criteria refer to American rheumatology. In the past month, the subjects had any of the following conditions: walking, going up and down stairs, standing, lying on their back;
3. Patients with Kellgren / Lawrence grade >= 2;
4. Patients with body mass index <= 36 kg / m2;
5. Orthopedics doctors have knee pain dysfunction in physical examination, but they can participate in Yijinjing exercise;
6. Patients with vas >= 2 (0-10).

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients who have related traditional exercise and physical therapy experience in the past;
2. The following serious diseases affect the patients who take part in Yijinjing exercise and physical therapy: severe coronary heart disease, heart failure, hypertension, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, epilepsy, liver and kidney dysfunction; active bleeding; cancer and mental system diseases;
3. Patients with history of intranodal injection and surgery in the past 6 months;
4. Patients who could not walk without using auxiliary equipment during the evaluation;
5. Patients with cognitive status score lower than 24;
6. Women who have pregnancy preparation plan or pregnancy period;
7. Patients who have long-term plans to go out in the near future.
