Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients suffering from Insomnia, screened using Sleep Condition Indicator with
- •score less than or equal to 16 and diagnosed based on Diagnostic and Statistical
- •Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth edition (DSM\-5\) code 307\.42 (F51\.01\)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Cases with life threatening conditions. Pregnant and lactating women.
