Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients undergoing elective functional endoscopic sinus surgery
- •2\. Patients of either sex willing to give consent
- •3\. Age group of 18 to 45 years.
- •4\. ASA grade I \& II
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. History of allergy to any of the study medication
- •2\. Patient with pre\-existing bleeding and coagulation abnormalities
- •3\. Patients with diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease
- •4\. Cerebrovascular disorders
- •5\. Renal and hepatic impairment
