- •LOW RISK GROUP-Spontaneous on set of labor
- •delivery within 24hrs of onset of labor, cephalic presentation.
- •HIGH RISK GROUP-induced labor, prolonged labor morethan 24hrs, prom, preterm labor,instrumental labor,aneamia.
排除标准
- •pregnant women with PIH and GDM.
- •Pregnant women with already established sepsis.
- •patient undergoing caesarean section.
- •pregnant women other than cephalic presentation.
- •pregnant women with preexisting medical disorders.
- •pregnant women on drugs like metformin, acetaminophen, linezolid, beta2agonists, which cause elevation of serum lactate.
