Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Ability to walk independently based on Timed Up and Go (TUG) tests and 25\-foot walk
- •Age range of 65 to 75 years
- •Non\-participation in sports programs from 6 months before intervention
Exclusion Criteria
- •Consumption of any dietary supplement other than the specified supplement
- •Having any orthopedic issues in the lower body
- •Prohibition from participating in sports activities by a doctor
- •Suffering from cardiovascular and respiratory diseases
