Treatment of portopulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the pulmonary circulation) with ambrisentan (a medicinal product for the therapy of portopulmonary hypertension).Portopulmonary Hypertension (PoPH) and Hepatopulmonary Syndrome HPS are present in a considerable number of patients with compensated cirrhosis.
