Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Conformity with diagnostic criteria for cervical spondylosis (including imaging diagnosis).
  • 2\. Take neck pain as the chief complaint.
  • 3\. Neck pain and stiffness occurred in the past 3 months or more, with an average frequency of attacks once a month.
  • 4\. Visual analogue scale (VAS) score was greater than 3 points when included.
  • 5\. The age ranges from 18 to 60 years.
  • 6\. Voluntary participation in research and voluntary signing of informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Those with serious other systemic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, tumors and so on are not suitable for the study.
  • 2\. History of neck trauma, neck fracture or surgery, neurological deficits (such as muscle weakness or abnormal spinal nerve reflex), congenital spinal abnormalities, and systemic bone or joint diseases.
  • 3\. Those who fear or refuse acupuncture and moxibustion.
  • 4\. Pregnant or lactating women.
  • 5\. Acupuncture and moxibustion for cervical spondylosis in the past two weeks.
  • 6\. Other treatments (medicines or non\-medicines) for cervical spondylosis are currently being used.
