Inclusion Criteria
Patients on oral antiplatelet drugs undergoing extractions
Patients both male and female aged 35 to 75 years
patients with two or more extraction sites for the purpose of study and control group
patients who consent for the procedure
patients with INR less than or equal to 3.5
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with poor diabetic control
Patients with sea food allergy
Patients not willing to accept the use of Chitosan as it is derived from freeze dried shrimps.
