Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •a. age 45\~80 years
- •b. patients with smalll vessel disease assessed by on brain MRI at 24\~48 months ago
Exclusion Criteria
- •a. No informed consent
- •b. patient has not measured six or more blood pressure during 24 months
- •c. patient has a hisotry stroke or coronary artery disease in the past 24 months
- •d. patient has symptomatic significant cerebral artery stenosis
- •e. patient has atrial fibrillation on EKG or high risk of cardioembolic source
- •f. patient had been treated acetylcholine essterase inhibitor or memantine
