Inclusion Criteria

  • •a. age 45~80 years
  • •b. patients with smalll vessel disease assessed by on brain MRI at 24~48 months ago

Exclusion Criteria

  • •a. No informed consent
  • •b. patient has not measured six or more blood pressure during 24 months
  • •c. patient has a hisotry stroke or coronary artery disease in the past 24 months
  • •d. patient has symptomatic significant cerebral artery stenosis
  • •e. patient has atrial fibrillation on EKG or high risk of cardioembolic source
  • •f. patient had been treated acetylcholine essterase inhibitor or memantine
