Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Partcipants above the age of 18 years enrolled at University level programme will be included.
- •Participants scoring 24\-28 on psychological inflexibility(Bond et al., 2011\) will be included
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Current severe depression (participants scoring 29\-63 in BDI\-II) and history of psychosis.
- •2\. Current exposure of psychotherapy including ACT elsewhere
