Overhead athletes aged between 18 and 40 years; competitive level; difference of at least 20 degrees of limitation in internal rotation compared to the non-dominant limb; pain in activities of daily living or sports at least 2 on the Visual Numerical Scale. Athletes with a previous history of glenohumeral instability; shoulder surgery; current symptoms related to the cervical spine; or structural injuries to the shoulder complex such as a fracture; labrum or tendon injuries will not be included
Athletes who injure their shoulder and/or elbow during the study; refusal to participate in study interventions and evaluations after randomization
