入选标准
- •1) Individuls of both sexes between age groups 18-60 years.
- •2) Good general health, not using any systemic medication
- •3)intrabony periodontal osseous defects with periodontal probing depth (PPD) equal to or more than 5 mm
- •4)had radiographic evidence of intrabony component equal to or more than 3 mm
- •5)had no history of any medication affecting the periodontium in the last six months.
- •6)had not undergone any periodontal treatment for past six months
排除标准
- •1)Individuals with systemic diseases like diabetes mellitus, bone metabolic diseases, platelet deficiencies etc
- •2)Individuals on anticoagulants or immunosuppressive therapy
- •3)Pregnant and lactating females
- •4)Individuals with history of tobacco usage
