? Patients diagnosed as papillary thyroid microcarcinoma by ultrasound and fine-needle aspiration biopsy, BRAF V600E(+).
? Patients without cervical radiation history.
? Patients with contraindications or refusing surgery;
? Patients who refused long-term active follow-up observation.

? Patients with cervical lymph node or distant metastasis founded by ultrasound or CT.
? Patients suffering from other malignant diseases.
? Patients with severe coagulopathy.
