Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients need upper limb surgery
2. Patients of ASA I and ASA II
3. Age - 18 to 60 years
4. Either sex
5. Patients with Mallampatti grade I & II
6. Patients willing to participate in this study
Exclusion Criteria
1.Emergency surgery
2.Comorbid diseases (ASA III and ASA IV)
3.Peripheral vascular diseases
4.Allergy to study drugs
5.Patient refusal
6.Patients requiring bilateral limb surgeries
7.Surgeries for more than two hours duration
