Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients need upper limb surgery
  • •2\. Patients of ASA I and ASA II
  • •3\. Age \- 18 to 60 years
  • •4\. Either sex
  • •5\. Patients with Mallampatti grade I \& II
  • •6\. Patients willing to participate in this study

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Emergency surgery
  • •2\.Comorbid diseases (ASA III and ASA IV)
  • •3\.Peripheral vascular diseases
  • •4\.Allergy to study drugs
  • •5\.Patient refusal
  • •6\.Patients requiring bilateral limb surgeries
  • •7\.Surgeries for more than two hours duration
