Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients need upper limb surgery
- •2\. Patients of ASA I and ASA II
- •3\. Age \- 18 to 60 years
- •4\. Either sex
- •5\. Patients with Mallampatti grade I \& II
- •6\. Patients willing to participate in this study
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Emergency surgery
- •2\.Comorbid diseases (ASA III and ASA IV)
- •3\.Peripheral vascular diseases
- •4\.Allergy to study drugs
- •5\.Patient refusal
- •6\.Patients requiring bilateral limb surgeries
- •7\.Surgeries for more than two hours duration
