Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients showing classical signs and symptoms of Gridhrasi Ruja,
Stambha, Suptata , Spandana, Tandra, Gaurav, Arochak.
2. Patients in the age-group of 20â??60 years irrespective of gender.
3. After screening for covid-19 in covid-19 screening opd , patients will be
selected.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Contra-indicated for Basti Chikitsa.
2. Known cases of Carcinoma of the spine or tuberculosis of vertebral
column.
3. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, known cases of cardiovascular disease,
Trauma & Pregnancy.
4. Known case of Covid-19.

Name Time Method To compare the efficacy of Shatavari tail matra basti 60 ml after light meal for 8 days with Gopaya yukta vaitaran basti 385ml before meal for 16 days.Timepoint: Group A 8 days with follow up on 8th and 16th day <br/ ><br>Group B 16 days with follow up on 8th 16th and 24 th day
