Inclusion Criteria

  • Knee osteoarthritis
  • Knee x ray show narrowing joint space
  • Symptom 4 wka

Exclusion Criteria

  • History of knee infection major trauma
  • Inflammatory joint disease
  • Post cataract surgery 6 wks
  • History eye major trauma
  • Intraocular pressure 21mmHg
  • Using eye drop contain with steroid oral steroid oral antidepressant
  • Corneal disease that prevent intraocular pressure measurement
  • Allergy to Glucosamine Meloxicam Paracetamol
  • Impaired kidney and liver function
