探讨 18F-FAPI-1007 PET/CT 在各种类型疾病（如肿瘤、炎症、结核等）的原发病灶及转移灶的敏感度、特异性、阴性预测值、阳性预测值及准确性，并与 18F-FDG PET/CT 对比。

Inclusion Criteria
- •年龄在 18-90 岁之间；
- •刚确诊或高度怀疑恶性肿瘤、炎症或结核的患者；
- •同意进行 18F-FAPI-1007 与 18F-FDG PET/CT 显像；
- •自愿参加并签署知情同意。
Exclusion Criteria
- •同时合并其它恶性肿瘤患者；
- •幽闭恐惧症、不能静卧、 精神障碍等不能配合检查的患者；
