Inclusion Criteria

- Pacientes en tratamiento antirretroviral que incluya darunavir/ritonavir a la dosis aprobada de 600/100 mg, dos veces al día durante al menos 4 semanas
- Carga viral del VIH en plasma <50 copias/mL
- Ausencia de infecciones agudas y/o tumores en los tres meses previos a la inclusión.

Exclusion Criteria

- Alguna observación clínica o histórica que pudiera interferir en la farmacocinética de la medicación, como enfermedades gastrointestinales o cirugía (excepto por herniotomía o apendicectomía), alteraciones en la composición de las proteínas plasmáticas, alguna indicación de disfunción hepática o renal.
- Consumo activo de alcohol (>50 g/día) o drogas ilegales (excepto hachís).
