Inclusion Criteria
1)FASTING BLOOD GLUCOSE > 110MG/DL- <250mg/dl.
2)POST PRANDIAL BLOOD GLUCOSE > 140mg/dl- <350 mg/dl.
3)HbA1C >6% to <10%.
4)Chronicity Maximum Upto5 years
Exclusion Criteria
PATIENT OF TYPE-I DIABETES MELLITUS.
AGE <30 YEARS & >60 YEARS.
BLOOD SUGAR FASTING > 250 mg/dl.
BLOOD SUGAR Post Prandial > 350 mg/dl.
Patient having complication & suffering from any serious medical or surgical illness.
Chronic diabetes patient chronicity >5years
