Inclusion Criteria

Blood group compatible and complement dependent cytotoxicity cross match negative patient undergoing deceased donor allograft transplant.

Exclusion Criteria

Previous renal graft loss patient undergoing second transplant, pregnant females, renal allograft transplant from a live related donor.
