- •Histologically proven ductal adenocarcinoma of the pancreas (PDAC) or
- •Biliary System (CCC) Metastatic Disease (Stage IV)
- •Starting a new chemotherapy line (= 1st line),
- •Age = 18 years,
- •Fearon Cachexia (20),
- •Written consent,
- •Fluent German
排除标准
- •Serious cardiopulmonary disease (EF <45%, NYHA III-IV heart failure,
- •respiratory partial or global insufficiency, uncontrolled hypertension)
- •CNS metastases,
- •Life expectancy <3 months
