Inclusion Criteria
Patients age 18years and above with primary anterior abdominal wall hernia having defect <7cm in largest dimension who have been given fitness during pre-anaesthetic check-up.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients having complications of hernia such as irreducible/ obstructed/ Strangulated/recurrent hernias.
Refusal for consent for laparoscopic surgery

Name Time Method 1. Seroma formation in post operative period ( at 24 hours, at the time of discharge, 1 week, 1 month) following surgery, using Physical Examination+/- Ultrasound <br/ ><br>2. Post operative pain, duration of hospital stay, mesh bulge. <br/ ><br>3. Early recurrence if any (within 1 month follow up). <br/ ><br>Timepoint: POSTOPERATIVE DAY 1 TO DAY 30
