Male; age between 18 and 45 years old; and to be able to develop the proposed exercise-induced muscle pain model.
Musculoskeletal and/or neurological lower limby injuries diagnosed at the time of screening; chronic use of anti-inflammatory, antidepressant and/or analgesic drugs will be considered an exclusion factor (considering that they may interfere in the analysis of some parameters that will be evaluated in the study, such as muscle pain and production of cytokines and other biological markers); calorie-restricted diet; and ergogenic supplementation.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is expected reduction of exercise-induced muscle soreness (DOMS). Subjective muscle pain will be evaluated using a visual analogue scale (VAS).
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Will be evaluated the systemic production of inflammatory markers (cytokines), by ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay); performance improvement (muscular capacity recovery), evaluated through maximum voluntary isometric contraction (extension chair) and vertical jump power (strength platform); and improved postural balance (balance platform).
