Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients who underwent IVF due to fallopian tube factors or ovulation disorders.
2. Patients with PCOS and syndrome differentiation of phlegm and blood stasis in TCM.
3. Patients aged 25-38 years. BMI >= 24kg/m2
4. Patients who did not take any ovulation induction drugs within 3 months.
5. Patients who voluntarily sign informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients with endometriosis, uterine or endometrial organic lesions, thyroid disease or other endocrine disorders.
2. Infertility caused by male factors.
3. Patients who are unable to cooperate, such as complicated with neurological and mental disorders.
4. Patients who are allergic to traditional Chinese medicine or western medicine.
