Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients less than 1\-year history of stroke.
- •2\. Patient with mini mental score of 24 or higher
- •3\. Participants having spasticity on modified Ashworth scale less than grade 2 for upper extremity and lower extremity.
- •4\. Participants having Brannstrom stages 3, 4 and 5\.
- •5\. Only ischemic and TIA patients will be included.
- •6\. Had lived independently before the stroke.
- •7\. Willing and able to appoint a caregiver who wanted to participate in the program.
- •8\. Can provide informed consent. (The patient who had hand impairment the consent form was taken from legally accepted representatives.)
- •Inclusion criteria for caregivers
- •1\. Aged 18\-60 years.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Have serious comorbidities like cardiovascular, respiratory, endocrine, orthopedic or neurological condition
- •2\. have vestibular deficits or vertigo,
- •3\. have had seizure activity in the previous 6 months.
- •4\. Patients having perception and cognition problems.
- •Exclusion criteria for caregivers
- •1\. Having comorbidities.
- •2\. Having mental depression.
