Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patients less than 1\-year history of stroke.
  • 2\. Patient with mini mental score of 24 or higher
  • 3\. Participants having spasticity on modified Ashworth scale less than grade 2 for upper extremity and lower extremity.
  • 4\. Participants having Brannstrom stages 3, 4 and 5\.
  • 5\. Only ischemic and TIA patients will be included.
  • 6\. Had lived independently before the stroke.
  • 7\. Willing and able to appoint a caregiver who wanted to participate in the program.
  • 8\. Can provide informed consent. (The patient who had hand impairment the consent form was taken from legally accepted representatives.)
  • Inclusion criteria for caregivers
  • 1\. Aged 18\-60 years.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Have serious comorbidities like cardiovascular, respiratory, endocrine, orthopedic or neurological condition
  • 2\. have vestibular deficits or vertigo,
  • 3\. have had seizure activity in the previous 6 months.
  • 4\. Patients having perception and cognition problems.
  • Exclusion criteria for caregivers
  • 1\. Having comorbidities.
  • 2\. Having mental depression.
