- •Patient who can speak Tamil or English.
- •First time stroke (ischemic or intracerebral hemorrhagic stroke).
排除标准
- •Arriving at stroke unit after 48 hours of stoke.
- •Patients who cannot stay in stroke unit for first 72 hours.
- •Patient who are suffering from previous neurological deficit.
- •Palliative care patient.
- •Cancer patient.
