Inclusion Criteria
American Society of Anaesthesiology physical status 2, obese patients ( BMI >=30kg/m2) undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Upper airway pathology
2. Cervical spine fracture
3. Facial fracture and maxillofacial abnormality
4. Interincisor distance <3 cm
5. Loose or prominent upper incisors
6. Patients with past history of difficult intubation
7. Pregnant patients
