1.Patients with eyebrow hypotrichosis
2.Age more than 18 year-old
3.No serious underlying diseases
4.Informed consent
5.Compatible with follow-up schedule
1.Patients undergone eyebrow transplantation
2.Previously treated with drugs or products affecting eyebrow cycle within 2 wks
3.Previously treated with minoxidil, systemic antiandrogen, topical estrogen/progesterone, topical prostaglandin analogs, anabolic steroids, lithium, phenothiazines
4.Patients with underlying diseases involving eyebrow hypotrichosis eg. Cancer, immunocompromised, thyroid diseases or psychiatric disorders including trichotillomania
5.Patients undergone eyebrow tattooing
6.Patients with history of poor wound healing or with skin pathology on eyebrow
7.Allergic to bimatoprost
8.Pregnancy or lactation
9.Withdraw
