The patients who have degenerated osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis who were included in ASA -PS(American society of anesthesiology- physical status) class I or II
the patients who are beyond ASA-PS(ASA -PS(American society of anesthesiology- physical status)class III
the patients who have the side effects of PCA(patient-controlled analgesia) including PONV(postoperative nausea and vomitting) history
the patients who have severe pain need to take pain killers before surgery (VAS>4)
The patients who have the criteria of ketamine contraindication
The pateints who have severe cardiac disease ( arrhythimia or valve disease)

Name Time Method the difference of VAS(visual analoque scale) in first postoperative day after second total knee arthroplasty in each group respectively ;the difference in VAS(visual analoque scale) in first postoperative day between first and second leg postoperative pain in one patinet
