入选标准
- •The patients who have degenerated osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis who were included in ASA -PS(American society of anesthesiology- physical status) class I or II
排除标准
- •the patients who are beyond ASA-PS(ASA -PS(American society of anesthesiology- physical status)class III
- •the patients who have the side effects of PCA(patient-controlled analgesia) including PONV(postoperative nausea and vomitting) history
- •the patients who have severe pain need to take pain killers before surgery (VAS>4)
- •The patients who have the criteria of ketamine contraindication
- •The pateints who have severe cardiac disease ( arrhythimia or valve disease)
