Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Study participants were men and women aged 60 or older;
- •no severe physical and/or mental health impairments;
- •not participate in physical activity programs in the past six months.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Heart attack and/or stroke in the past six months;
- •cancer diagnosis in the past six months;
- •other severe medical conditions in the past six months.
