- •- Age >18 years old.
- •- Meets criteria for definition of left bundle branch block (except for healthy volunteers).
- •- Mentally competent.
- •- Willing to provide written informed consent.
排除标准
- •- Angina or suspicion of acute cardiac ischemia.
- •- Documentation or echocardiographic signs of prior myocardial infarction.
- •- Atrial fibrillation or tachycardia >100 bpm.
- •- Prior cardiac/aortic surgery.
- •- Overt signs/symptoms of heart failure.
- •- Congenital/genetic heart disease.
- •- Moderate/severe valvular disease.
- •- Contra-indication for MR examination (such as pacemaker, neuro-stimulator etc.).
