  • Age:18-60 years old;
  • BMI ≥ 28 kg/m2;
  • With acanthosis nigricans。
Exclusion Criteria
  • With liver, kidney, gastrointestinal or other major organic serious diseases, cancer, lactating women, pregnancy.
