a) Number of patients: 25 lower limb persons with amputation (trans-femoral) and 25 non-Amputee individuals (b) Age and sex-matched population with age between 18-60 years (c) Traumatic amputees (at least 1 year after surgery) (d) Healed suture and any other wounds in the residual limb (e) Ability to walk with prosthesis and without assistive devices/support.
a) Bilateral limb impaired due to trauma
b) Any neuro-muscular diseases or deficit
c) Any cardiovascular diseases which limit ambulation
