Inclusion Criteria
An adult over 50 years old
- A person who is confirmed to have REM sleep behavior disorder diagnosis by polysomnography
-Those who have no other neurodegenerative diseases
Exclusion Criteria
-A patient under 50 years of age.
-If you are participating in another clinical trial
-A diuretic patient
-Women likely to be pregnant
-Anyone who has or is taking cocaine.
-Anyone who has or is taking a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that is likely to develop tricyclic antidepressants and secondary RBDs
- Patients with cognitive impairment who understand, agree to conduct, and cannot answer questions correctly
-If you have a history of hallucinations or mental illness.
-Anyone who had a resistance or side effect on two drugs
