入选标准
- •An adult over 50 years old
- •- A person who is confirmed to have REM sleep behavior disorder diagnosis by polysomnography
- •-Those who have no other neurodegenerative diseases
排除标准
- •-A patient under 50 years of age.
- •-If you are participating in another clinical trial
- •-A diuretic patient
- •-Women likely to be pregnant
- •-Anyone who has or is taking cocaine.
- •-Anyone who has or is taking a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that is likely to develop tricyclic antidepressants and secondary RBDs
- •- Patients with cognitive impairment who understand, agree to conduct, and cannot answer questions correctly
- •-If you have a history of hallucinations or mental illness.
- •-Anyone who had a resistance or side effect on two drugs
